Need just a few minutes of straight-up, no-nonsense, cardio-induced sweat? This three-minute cardio dance workout might be exactly what you’re looking for. Choreographed by popular YouTube dance fitness instructor Mylee Dance, the best part about this workout has to be the satisfyingly spot-on moves — and the fact that it’s set to one of our favorite songs of the moment, “Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa.
We’ve written about Mylee’s workouts before (shoutout to her routines set to “Dance Monkey” and “Circles“), and for this Dua Lipa edition, the choreo is all in the hips. The back-and-forth shimmies and body rolls make for a great core workout while you’re working up a sweat; you’ll be engaging your abs all through the tight moves. Of course, there’s also plenty of fancy footwork and jump sequences to rev up your heart rate. Don’t be deceived by the seemingly simple movements, because this routine is a challenge, but we promise it’s a fun one. Even if you have to slow down the video speed, it all counts as cardio — just ask your aching legs and lungs once you’re done!
